VEGAN SPICE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER WITH GREEN BEANS

Ingredients:

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 pound of green beans, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin

- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- Freshly ground black pepper

- Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).


2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.


3. Add the cauliflower florets and green beans to the bowl and toss them in the spice mixture until they are well coated.


4. Spread the vegetables out in a single layer on a large baking sheet.


5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.


6. Serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the vegetables.
